Lautaro Cantar (Consultant)

Lautaro Cantar is a data scientist currently working as Data Analyst at Argentina’s Ministry of the Interior, Public Works, and Housing. He has previously worked at the Modernization Secretariat under the Chief of the Argentine Cabinet of Ministers, the Boston Area Research Initiative, and The American City Coalition. He received an MS in Urban Informatics from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) and a BA in Economics from Universidad Nacional de La Plata. His current work and research interests stand in the application of data science tools for making public policy decisions: how can we help policymakers make better public policies? He is also interested in data automatization, data visualization, and data literacy.
