Gaurav Bawa is the Community Engagement Director at Mobility Works. He has often been described as a connector; he understood early in life that every interaction is an opportunity to build relationships, as relationships drive intentional and purposeful shifts in society. His ever-evolving professional toolkit includes roles in education, voting rights, grants management, communications, real estate, and law within the government, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors. His interests span multiple areas including housing, the arts, communication, law, disability issues, representative democracy, and emerging technologies. Gaurav holds a B.A. in political science from Herbert H. Lehman College and an MPA from the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College, both a part of the City University of New York.
